Cookie policy
Last updated: September 2026
A cookie is a small text file a website can store in your browser. Walk with Jay currently uses no analytics, advertising cookies or marketing pixels.
Ordinary visitors
During the public audit, Walk with Jay itself set no cookies and used neither local storage nor session storage. The selected language is part of the URL and is not remembered through a preference cookie. The site therefore currently shows no cookie banner.
Necessary WordPress cookies
WordPress may use strictly necessary cookies when an administrator signs in or uses a protected administration feature. These are used only for authentication, security and session management.
Map and external links
Map tiles and Leaflet files are loaded from OpenStreetMap and unpkg. These providers may process technical request data under their own policies. Facebook and Google Maps are visited only after you deliberately click a link.
Future changes
If analytics or other non-essential storage is added later, this policy will be updated and prior consent will be requested where legally required.
